We build HR software for the people who aren't at a desk.
India's workforce runs on shifts: in warehouses, stores, clinics and on the road. Kaam (काम) means work, and we started Kaam HR to make the paperwork around that work disappear.
Why we started
Our founders spent years running operations for a logistics company with 1,800 people across 22 sites. Attendance arrived as WhatsApp photos, leave lived in a register, and payroll took the first week of every month and a lot of goodwill.
Enterprise HR suites were built for head office, priced for it and took months to roll out. So we built the system we wished we'd had: verified attendance on any phone, leave that updates balances instantly, and payroll that's ready when the month ends.
Today Kaam HR runs the working day for more than a thousand Indian businesses.
